Returns Policy

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

We deliver all orders using our own RTJ Drivers to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, we still ask that you inspect your goods as soon as they arrive. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please inform our driver immediately.

If you identify an issue after the driver has left, you must notify us via email at info@rtjdesigns.co.uk within 48 hours. To help us resolve the matter quickly and efficiently, please include clear photo evidence of the items and the pallet. This allows us to verify the condition and arrange a swift replacement or solution for you.

Change Of Mind Or Excess Stock

If you have changed your mind or ordered more items than required, you must notify us of your intent to return the items within 14 days of delivery. All goods must be physically returned to us within 28 days of the original delivery date; we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once this period has lapsed. Please note that we cannot accept returns on any items that have been custom-cut to your specific dimensions or altered in any way.

 Product Condition & Health


To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in "full health," meaning they are clean, uncut, and in their original delivered state. If the products have been installed, left in the rain, or damaged while in your care, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a percentage from the refund to reflect the loss in the product's value.

Fees & Collection


A 10% restocking charge is applicable to all "change of mind" or excess stock returns to cover handling and administration. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. However, for your convenience, we can arrange for an RTJ Driver to collect the goods for a fee quoted at cost. This collection fee and the restocking charge will be deducted from your final refund.

Faulty Goods


In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, if a product is found to have a manufacturing fault, you have a 30-day right to a full refund, repair, or replacement. After 30 days, our standard manufacturer warranty terms will apply.
