Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. For Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, delivery is typically same day or next day, subject to requirements. For the rest of Scotland, please allow up to 2 days. For delivery outside Scotland please contact us to arrange your order.

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and approximate time. If you are unavailable on the day, we can either leave your order in a safe location (at your request) or rearrange delivery for a more convenient date.

All local deliveries are carried out by our own RTJ Designs driver. Your materials will be carefully unloaded and placed in your preferred location where access allows, reducing the risk of damage and ensuring safe handling.
